As a broker, we can offer choice across a wide panel of lenders through our aggregator, AFG. To submit applications to a lender, a broker must be accredited with that lender; typically brokers are accredited with 10 to 15 lenders. If we are not accredited with a lender you are interested in, we can refer you to another AFG broker who is. We aim to provide you with information from a range of lenders and products, and once you have chosen a loan that is suitable for you, we help you obtain approval.
The lists below show the lenders most commonly used in the previous 12 months. This does not necessarily reflect all the financial institutions we are able to conduct business through, and the percentages are a point-in-time snapshot from the Credit Guide.

We may receive a whole or part of the commissions received by the Licensee, paid to us directly or indirectly. Commissions are based on a percentage of the loan balance drawn down, in most cases net of any amounts you hold in an offset account. The way commissions are calculated and paid by lenders may vary. By following the responsible lending requirements, we ensure the loan recommended to you is not unsuitable for your situation and objectives. On request, you can obtain a reasonable estimate of those commissions and how they are worked out.
