If the issue is not resolved within 5 working days, we will apply our internal complaints process and escalate the matter to our Complaints Officer. You may also contact the Complaints Officer directly:

In some instances your broker may also fulfil the role of Complaints Officer. This will not affect the capacity to have your complaint dealt with appropriately. We aim to provide a written response as quickly as possible, and within a maximum of 45 days.

If you are not completely satisfied after the above steps, you have access to a free, independent external dispute resolution (EDR) scheme. Our Licensee is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA):
